Tell me about a task that takes too much of your team's time. For example, a report someone builds by hand every week, or data copied between two systems. We look at it together and work out what can be improved.
You leave with a clearer view of the problem, even if we do not work together. If a simpler fix or someone else is a better fit, I will tell you.
