Background

Fawad Hussain Syed is a software engineer specialising in automation systems, ecommerce optimisation, and data analytics solutions. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, my work sits at the intersection of software, data, and operations — building systems that turn complexity into clarity, insight, and something a business can act on.

I have built AI microservices and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems for qualitative and quantitative analysis, analytics and reporting platforms, structured data-collection tools, performance-optimised ecommerce storefronts, and auction platforms handling secure financial transactions. That mix of engineering and analytical work is what lets me bridge software delivery with data-driven decision-making rather than treating them as separate jobs.
